Scot Coppock, CFRE, CSPG

Scot Coppock is Adventist World Radio's Director of Development, leading initiatives to inspire and grow support for AWR's global Gospel outreach.

Before working at AWR, Scot was the Senior Director of Development at ADRA where he led the fundraising efforts for private donors. Prior to that he served as the Associate Director of Planned Giving & Trust Services at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he helped train and provide consultative service to PGTS programs, primarily in the North American Division. Previously, Scot served as the Director of Leadership Giving at Union College (now Union Adventist University) in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was a financial advisor with John Hancock Financial Network and was a branch manager for American General Financial Services.

Scot served with honor as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army before leaving the military to spend more time with his family. Scot and his wife, Manuela, whom he met while stationed in Germany, have three children that they love dearly.

​Scot holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University, is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG), and is North American Division PGTS Certified.  ​
